Problems with links in main naviataion

    I have WPMU and buddypress installed network wide. My main buddypress site is a subdomain (ie buddypress.mydomain.com). Everything is updated to latest versions and no custom navigation has been specified yet. But on my main navigation some links are going to http://www.mydomain.com and some are going to buddypress.mydomain.com. Any ideas what is going on?

    You need to set which blog ID BuddyPress will run on in your wp-config.php file by adding this in
    `define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, $blog_id );`
