HELP!

I need to customize the existing REGISTRATION FORM, which now contains only the very basics, and I need to find the other “labels”, php do_action, and the input types, but eve more so, where they are located now, so that I can add and change my current registration form.

Here’s what I have now:

and what I will need is the codes for the NAME, for a TEXT field that needs to take a invitation code.

Can you guys point me in the right direction please?
