Profile Names won’t display

I’m using Membership with Buddypress and the name won’t display in the user profile even though we are taking that information when they sign up.

I don’t want to have to go into each profile and add their name again. Help

Membership plugin?

What name? Username or display name? If you deactivate Membership plugin, does that resolve the issue?
