Redirect to user profile after login

    How can I re-directed all the users to their profile page on Login?
    I am using Theme my Login (TML)plugin. It gives a custom redirection option,but I am not sure dynamic links to usr profile will work on TML.
    I tried ‘bp-redirect-to-profile’ plugin.It is not working for me.
    Is there any easy solution available?
