    Hi,

I am using an Uncode theme, Buddy Press Version 10.4.0 and WordPress 6.0.3. We’ve setup a Two empty pages ‘Register’ & ‘Activation’ and assigned them through the BuddyPress and it’s been working fine up until now. However, we can no longer see a Registration form and not sure what can be the issue, could you please help us solve this issue.

The page we need help with is: https://qrs-research.com/register/

    Thanks in advance.

    Speak soon.

Hi I believe it’s a theme issue and advise you to contact the support team of your theme to understand the issue.

If you want to be sure it’s a theme issue, activate any other WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-Two, you should see the registration form is displayed into this theme.

If not, then it’s probably another plugin conflicting with BuddyPress, deactivate each plugin one by one and when the registration form is back, you’ll have found the problematic plugin.

All this was written into this sticky topic

Thank you for this, we’ve tried all of the above and unfortunately we’re still faced with the same issue.

Is there anything that immediately catches your eye when viewing the page?

    Thanks in advance.

just to be clear about the above, does it mean that you tried all those recommendations (for example switching theme) and the register form is still missing in another theme?

    Hi fawp,

    Yes that’s right.

We’re not sure what it could be, we’ve exhausted every option and still no luck.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I checked your page again and saw that your registration fields now seem to be back on the page?

Did you find out what the problem was?

ok, I would start asking several questions, many of which are included here

    When Asking for Support

    as Mathieu suggested.

Are you able to provide answers to those questions (e.g. not only WP and BP versions but also, did you upgrade from prior versions and which versions were they, do you have any other plugins, etc.) ?

No we still haven’t got a solution unfortunately, we had to think on our feet and create a form then link it with the platform.

Hope there is a solution to this.

    Thanks in advance.
