Registration Page not Working

I’ve installed BuddyPress on Localhost using MAMP (Free Version) on OSX and the 2015 Theme. When I go to the Register page and fill out the Registration details and submit, the page reloads, but nothing happens. It just displays the Register form again. No success message.

It’s not creating an account or returning an error message.

WordPress 4.3.1 running Twenty Fifteen theme.
BuddyPress Version 2.3.4

I am using website
I have installed 4.4.2 and latest plugin 2.4.3 registration is happening but no success message and mail . I am not getting any mail to activate the subscriber how to solve>>>???//

I did manage to work it out. But it was a few months back, so I can’t remember.

In my case i think I had some hidden admin fields. I may have been using 3rd party plugin that was causing some problems.
