Registration Pg Issue: Now Showing up when logged out!

    I have my registration pg set as the home pg and I have “Anyone Can Register” option enabled, but When I log out registration page doesn’t show up and I am defaulted to members directory.

    Now, if I DO NOT set the registration pg as my home page and log out the registration page show up perfectly.

    Any have this problem before?
