remove users automatically from group when they are not online

Is it possible to remove users automatically from group when they are not online ? can any one develop a new plugin that can do this ?
for example … A group named CURRENT SHARE MARKET TREND. Is it possible to automatically exclude user from this group when they are not online .
IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE …..Can any one develop a plugin that CAN STOP ANY NEW MESSAGES FROM THIS GROUP WHEN USERS ARE NOT ONLINE . I AM USING BUDDYPRESS MASS MESSAGING TO SEND NEW UPDATES ABOUT SHARE MARKET IN THIS GROUP.
