Remove WordPress links from custom theme

I have created a custom template (using artisteer) and I used bp compatibility to make buddypress work on it. on the members , activity , groups , etc pages I have this list appear below

Have no idea how you set up your artisteer theme. Usually, navigation links are in header.php and sidebar.php files.
