Request Friendship does not work on Members page

If I am on a profile page (mine or anyone elses) I can request friendship and it works fine. If I am on the Members page, when I click “Request Friendship”, it starts to send me this URL:

/members/admin/friends/add-friend/36 (or whatever user ID it is)

Then just redirects me to my own profile.

Would it have anything to do with the fact that I have a custom home theme? I noticed that when I go to /members, it does not have a page title – just the url. Another installation of Buddypress actually has page titles for the members,blogs. etc pages.

Quick way to check would try the most recent member-themes version and see if it works to compare against the problem you are having with your custom theme.
