[Resolved] What happened to Users Creating Their Own Accounts when I Upgraded to WP 3.1?

    I upgraded my test site to WordPress 3.1, and when I did the option for users to create their own accounts disappeared from the home page, and the link from the Add User page under Users in the back end disappeared too. I’ve searched here on the Support forum but didn’t see this addressed. Anyone else notice this?

    I haven’t upgraded my live site yet, but this limits my testing for Groups and other options. Thanks!
