BuddyPress.org

I want to be able to create a Post or Page and then say it should only be visible to particular groups.
Ideally this should be available for custom post types as well.

Is there something built in that I am missing? Are there any plugins out there?

I’ve been searching for hours but can’t find anything that does the job straight from the Groups already set up in Buddypress.
