Restricting Non-Members, and Combining Registration and Login

Hello,
I’m trying to do a few things and having difficulty putting together plugins that will accomplish them.I’d like to hide everything from non-members except for Registration and Login functions. Registration is a page, but Login doesn’t seem to be? I can lock down the site pretty good, but no plugins that restrict people to the login screen will also allow them to see the Registration page. So, if they are not registers users, they have no way to join.
Is there a way to display Registration and Login together on one actual page that will:
Be my “home” page…
Be the only page available to logged-out members…
Be the target of redirection for anyone that tries to get to other pages directly via URL…??
