rtmedia and mentions activity not autoloading

Hello, While posting an update with @mention, it cant autoload photo into the stream. The @mention and update is autoloaded onto stream with missing photo. Page needs reloading for photo to display.
There are no autoload issues while posting update in the activity stream with photo and regular text (no mentions), it autoloads onto stream with the photo, no need to reload page.
Is this a ‘max links’ issue?
