Sending Messages to Members

    I sent a message to all members of my site and it indicated it had been sent. However, no one received it and it doesn’t appear in my sent folder for my acct.

    Any thoughts on why this happened and how I can fix it?

    Using the Buddypress compose message and send to all members – is not working. Anyone experiencing this?

    Default installation works. Share following:
    – What WP/BP versions are you on?
    – What theme are you using?
    – What plugins are activated?
    – Single WP or Multisite?
    – How many members do you have?

    Have you tried deactivating Genesis 1.7.1 and Agency and Genesis Connect, then change to bp-default theme to see if the issue corrected?
