SEO Schema Plugin Buddypress

Can anyone recommend a good SEO and Schema Plugin which will work with Buddypress.
I have the usual plugins working which work for pages but Activity Items and Groups do not work.

Also is there a plugin which would allow users to add further information to their posts such as A TITLE, Tags, Ratings and Category.

All this seems to be missing from Buddypress which I think is important for SEO. For example is there a way to create better URLS rather than the activity/597/.
