Setting up bbPress. Where is the bb-config.php file???

    So I installed word press, then installed bbPress, then installed BuddyPress, then went to set up the forum. I clicked to integrate it with the current bbPress forum. It ask for the bb-config.php file location. I have no idea which on it is refering to. I found on in the folder of
    public_html/community/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-forums/bb-config.php
    I am not sure if that is the correct location. Should the bb-config/php file be located in the root directory? The BuddyPress folder? Or the separate bbPress folder? Where is it? Which one is it at?
    The uploader did accept the file path I gave it, but the forum doesn’t show. HaLLLLP!?!?! :/
