As site admin, shouldn’t that user be able to roam to every group without joining and even if the group is private or hidden?

Is this already a feature and I am just missing it?

I think you can get to them from the “Groups” link on the admin dashboard.

There is no Groups link in the dashboard when logged in as admin.

If you’re using WordPress MU, the groups admin menu can be found under “Site Admin > Groups”

@r-a-y thanks but it’s not there. I know this because I have another site running a stable release of bp 1.1.3

The only options in the site admin:

admin

blogs

users

themes

options

upgrade

The groups link isn’t there.
