I was wondering if it’s possible for blogs where to have thier own seperate directories (members, groups, blogs) were they are listed only on the individual blog’s site and listed on the main site?

For example:

http://www.mydomain.com/members

http://www.mydomain.com/groups

http://www.mydomain.com/blogs

mysubblog.com/members or mysubblog.mydomain.com/blogs

mysubblog.com/groups

mysubblog.com/blogs

Also, how do I set my blogs to use the Buddypress theme sitewide? I have had to add menu links to sitewide directories and I can only post sitewide not to just the individual blog. thanks
