toolbar not appear

    Hello
    I have update to 1.7 and now when people visit my site toolbar not appear on the top.

    In setting “Show the Toolbar for logged out users” is check

    I try desactive all plugin same thing.

    How can I enable this toolabr for all visitor and on all site plz ?
