TTC User Registration Bot Detector and Buddypress?

    I stumbled across this plugin today http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ttc-user-registration-bot-detector/

    Anyhow, I have a n00b question for all you smart people out there regarding this plugin and BP.

    Would it add anything to my install of BP? Will it even work with the BP reg page? I didn’t see any mention of BP but I would assume it does.

    As a side note I’m planning on using it with the GenesisConnect plugin so I may as well ask @andrea_r if this plugin would be redundant because of GC’s built protection features?
