BuddyPress.org

I use the last version of wordpress and buddypress.

Users on my site cannot upload their own profile picture and cover image.

when a user trys to upload and image, error i get is:
An error occurred. Please try again later.

I have:
option is selected ‘registered members can change ….’
tried different image sizes attributes…etc
tried different image formats

If i log in as Admin I can change it.
