Uploading Profile Pic and Group Pic Show Small

Hello –

When anyone on any browser tries to upload a profile picture, or a main picture for their group, it uploads, but shows as a small dot. The only option is to crop, and when you click crop, it selects a small portion of the photo and makes it the profile picture.

Help please!

I’m running PaidMembershipPro, and other plugins. But since our site is live and actively using plugins I don’t want to interrupt users by playing guess and check by deactivating plugins.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

I’d check the JS console for any errors, it’s likely to be a JaveScript conflict.

Yes. Resolved it. It was due to JetPack image lazy load conflict. Disabled it as of now, and image crop is working.

Thank you! I have had the same issue that you have listed above and have scoured all of the forums and such trying to find the answer. Finally I know have the answer and my problem is actually fixed.
