User control in gallery

Hello. I am new to BP.
I installed also Media Press, but I am looking for a solution/gallery where I can I control users galleries. In MP, you can setup disk space, but I want to setup total amount of images and maximum amount of images per day/month etc.
Is there such plugin? Any idea how to do that?Thank you.
