Users cannot comment, only admins can…

    Under the post comment button for users is missing.
    Users can see only Reaction and Share.
    Admins can see Reaction, Comment, and Share.
    In the settings -> Discussion comments are allowed.

    I found the problem, just have to join the group first but in my theme, the join window is missing.
