where do I find hooks for actions?

I am using myCred and need the hooks for when the following actions are completed in Buddypress:

Creating Profile Updates
Adding Avatar
Gaining New Friendships
Adding New Comment

Where might I find these?

I found this link:

BuddyPress Action Hook Sequence During Startup

…but I’m not sure what specific actions I need.

Thanks for any suggestions.

MyCred is very well documented. See their support.

How it works:
add_action ( 'hook_name', 'your_function_name', [priority], [accepted_args] );

you’ll find the hook_name in the plugin file.

BP use action hooks like WordPress.

Thanks for the clarification, although I’m still a little lost.

Upon further research, the only BuddyPress actions I really need are:

1. created activity wall update in profile
2. created activity wall comment in profile

I’ve been digging through the myCred plugin files, and have found these:

1. bp_activity_posted_update
2. bp_activity_comment_posted

Just to clarify, these are the action hooks used in BuddyPress for when a user posts an activity update or activity comment? Thanks for any insights.
