Hi,
You can put this in your bp-custom.php or yoour theme’s functions.php
add_filter( 'bp_activity_use_akismet', '__return_false' );
That should stop akismet from checking activity.

This isn’t possible using BuddyPress by default but there are plugins that will help you do this.

In your experience how compatible is buddyboss?
I’ve used a good number of BuddyBoss plugins and themes with BuddyPress without problems. If you do find an issue be sure to report it to them, their support is very good.

I use BuddyPress with Varnish and everything works fine.
You can set “Cache-Control” to 0 maybe for forums ?<?php header("Cache-Control: max-age=0"); ?> -
