imath I’m trying to find a way to let users add shortcode to a post, front-end, simply by clicking a button rather than copy-paste into the post. I suppose it’s the same idea as adding a bookmark to your bookmark widget. I want various shortcodes available along side content on various pages, with the shortcodes having the ability to […] View

      Hi @deepbevel,

I’ve done something approaching in another plugin :bp code snippets, where it’s possible to add snippet from the front end in forum posts. To do so you need to use shortcode api, a custom request then on the button click use jQuery to paste the shortcode in the textarea. The shortcode will look like [you-identifier…[Read more]

@fellowchirps If you want a really easy nice looking front-end post try U can Post plug in. I tried TDO mini forms, incredibly flexible but overwhelmingly complicated, you could spend days with it (I did),
All you need to get U can Post going is shortcode [UcanPost] in a page, or if you want it in a widget use “Shortcode Generator” which will…[Read more]

On my site It is important for the user to stay on the same page while they create their documents as they need to access various tools and screens without getting lost. Not…[Read more]

Thanks for the advice on getting rid of the double homepage, now I’d just like to find out why there are sideshow options for every page, but no slide show showing up when they are enabled. I tried it with the home page slider off and on, and with different category settings, and with and [...]

I just want to change the default “My Blog” to my own site name. Are there actually no settings for editing the main pages? does one have to edit php just for that?
