Better known as "ceo" on the various WordPress/Automattic forums, Cyndy is a part-time student studying Rehabilitation Counseling and Teaching at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her day job allows her to utilize both her academic expertise and her own lifetime experience as a blind person. She has a remarkably adorable German shepherd guide dog from Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation named Yara, who may possibly have a larger Internet presence than her handler. Generally she can be found with her nose deep in the pages of a book or engrossed in a writing project of some sort. She admits to probably spending too much of her precious free time tinkering with websites and taking pictures of her animals. She's also very easily distracted by shiny things.

@nexia – Wouldn’t that also eliminate anyone NOT in the specific group from being able to use the forum though?

@David – The site that had the issue for me was an upgrade from 1.1. (And also, I completely agree regarding IE. I work for the state, though, and they seem to believe that’s the only browser we should ever use. It’s clear proof there is something wrong with their brains.)
