The easiest way to install BuddyPress is via the automatic installer in your dashboard. It's still possible to
manually download BuddyPress and upload it to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder, but that isn't quite as fancy.
Subversion Access
If you're a developer and want to live on the bleeding edge, you can download the latest development build of BuddyPress. Using Subversion you can check out the latest copy of BuddyPress from the following SVN repository:
svn co http://buddypress.svn.wordpress.org/trunk/
