New Users Cannot Register on BuddyPress Site Any More

    Recently it was brought to my attention that new users were no longer able to register on our site. I’ve updated WP to 3.6.1, BP to 1.8.1, updated and deactivated for testing all other plugins, update current theme to most recent version, switched themes to bp_default and twenty…’s.

    None of the above things work. What happens is when the user completes the registration page, it simply refreshes without go to the activation page. The user does not receive an activation email, nor do they appear in the user list in WP.

    Thoughts?

    @bgt9752 Have you checked if registration works if BP is deactivated? Have you checked with hosting provider if there were any changes to your server?
