"Complete Sign Up" Button Not Working on Register Page

    I’m using the latests version of WordPress and running the Frisco Theme. I just read a thread about someone having a similar problem on their bp register page, but couldn’t find out what the solution was. I’ve tried deactivating plugins, but haven’t been able to pinpoint what’s going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    hi @jacobmclaws,

    first thing to check: have you allowed members registering in the general settings ?
    If yes…

    deactivate the frisco theme and test your install.

    If it works, the culprit is the theme.

    If no result, keep the bp-default theme and deactivate all your plugins except BP
    Check the register page again.

    If it works, the culprit is one of your plugins.

    Reactivate one by one until you find.

    So I definitely have the settings allowing anyone to register.

    Will deactivating and then reactivating the frisco theme mess with how my site looks? Will I need to do a lot of reformatting of the homepage? (Just so I know if I should do this now or wait until no one is coming to the site…)

    No, changing the theme will only change the design, not the content.

    This depends off your own philosophy i guess.
    Some solve problems when they occur
    Other wait to have many problems, so they can say “i have soooo much problems, pls HEEEEELP !”.
    And other close their eyes and say: ” Who is the problem ?” 🙂
