Extended Profiles breaks Fancy Product Designer plugin

I have installed Fancy Product Designer to my site. The plugin allows users to upload images to customizable products.

    The plugin is here: http://fancyproductdesigner.com/woocommerce/

However, when I have BuddyPress with Extended Profiles activated, when a user uploads artwork and proceeds to the Cart page, the entire site breaks for that user, and I just get the following message:

“This site is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

All other users can still access the site, so it is clearly related to the user account, and the Extended Profiles part of BuddyPress – as the site becomes usable when I disable Extended Profiles.

    Can anybody help please?

    Alex

    Can anyone help with this?

To re-iterate, when BuddyPress Extended Profiles (XProfile) is enabled, it breaks the site for any users that have uploaded something using the FancyProductDesigner plugin.

You’ll have to debug this yourself as FPD is a premium plugin.

Turn WP’s debug mode on and see if any relevant debug notices are written:

    Hi thanks.

I have turned on WP Debuging and received the following error messages including 1 fatal error. Any idea what this means?

You’ll need to report the fatal error to FPD’s developers. Copy and paste that error message and forward it to FPD.
