wpmu-signup-captcha in BP RC-2

I love the wpmu-signup-captcha plugin. Here’s the challenge I’m facing since the upgrade:

1) It works when I put it in the mu-plugins folder, except that it places the verification in the middle of the signup form. But I can see the number, etc.

2) If I put it in the plugins folder, it places the verification in the correct location (towards the bottom of the form), but the number image doesn’t show.

Any thoughts?

Talk to the developer of that plugin and ask when they will update it to work with the new /plugins/ folder in WPMU 2.7.1.
