I’d like my members to be only able to join one group.

Once they joined a group, they would not be able to join another until they leave their current one.

Is there already a plugin or option available for this ?

mercime you closed my question and sent me here. If you read my question you would know I have the plugin you have linked here, but its something extra I want.

I want a plugin or to know the code to stop members becoming members of too many groups. The plugin here, that I have, limites the number of groups a member can make and become admin off, but does not limit the number of groups a member can join as a normal member.
That is what I am looking for.
