I have similar problem, cannot translate “Sitewide activity” and other component directory titles….

Buttons translated successfully.

It was more about visitors creating their promotion page for small business…
Like the FB has option to register a promotion page…

I managed to separate members listing by role, so I believe it should be possible…

Thanks for your help, I did see this before, but I had in mind “page” like on FB that you can promote something… and then People could like that page…

Let’s say some small business wants to create a page with info etc…
