Thanks @jslom. We downgraded Nextgen to 2.0.40 and it resolved the issue.
We’re having the exact same issue. Trying to edit a profile redirects to an empty group page.
Uninstalling Nextgen resolves the issue, but it’s not really a solution as we need Nextgen too.
