after updating my buddypress whyen i try to comment on any activity it takes me to my error page. page not found…

so does this mean I need to completely start translating the full .po-file from scratch again ?

So for example, if you are adding just one new language-string into BP-Core, how to add that new string into my already existing customized .po file ?
