Add the code in your functions.php, the code exlcude all admins from buddypress. You can edit the code and personalize it to make it work for your needs.

@boiy looks more like a regular WP issue rather than a BuddyPress issue. Which login page are you referring to? wp-login.php does not have a header nor footer
