Been reading the bp-dev site and following the trac here at BuddyPress for some time… Realistically, it still looks like BP 1.3 is at least 3-4 weeks out even at a good clip from the core commiters… What is the un-official estimate and are we looking at 4th quarter now for 1.4?

When I go to a group which i have already reviewed and rated, I can see message which says – You rated — on —-, it is followed by my review and the rating stars. but the ratings stars do not show the rating. they are all empty.

I tried with Google Chrome and Firefox. Also deleted all the cookies and tried again.
Didn’t work.

question to @boonebgorges @DJPaul & @apeatling, do you think this plugins code will ever be released or incorporated into core?
If not, are there any any other privacy options being worked on?

This plugin is great and I think that something similar should be within the bp core (@johnjamesjacoby, @DJPaul, @boonebgorges). For illustration purposes I have created a short screencast about BP Group Hierarchy.

Just found and read Jeff’s update as well as the potted history writeup he made, makes one both a bit sad and angry.

Just deleted two hundred odd words I wrote here on this subject of GPL, free work, download and moan 🙂 thought what’s the point?

@boonebgorges I’d like to know more about the BuddyPress class this Friday in Phoenix – ie – do we need to register or just show up, do we need to bring a laptop or is the class in a room with computers. Any details would be great.

@boonebgorges – the group header says “based on 1 rating” and the group directory loop says “based on 4 ratings”. There is actually just 1 rating

BP-TinyMCE is an invaluable plugin but the link editor opens in a new window rather than a popup and as a result absolute links get converted to relative links with all their problems

Is there away to change this or at least stop the link being changed to relative?
