It is already in the gsoc repo but still not in the wp repo, by today/tomorrow I’ll commit in the wp repo this fix along with others and some new features to test. I’ll open another topic for it.

@crashutah, do you know if that Welcome Pack force acceptance trick (define( 'WELCOME_PACK_AUTOACCEPT_INVITATIONS', true );) has to be done in wp-config, or would it work in a (child) theme’s functions.php?

Wish I could easily auto-force the group but not the friends. Hm. More to think on….

I thought it was ticking the box that was deleting it second time round but it may well be that second time round regardless of whether the box is ticked that BP moderation reports it’s been deleted even though it was deleted first time! That’s a good point. Incase we want different size for groups and members the only good way is to override the “bp_core_avatar_handle_crop” and may be in extreme case “bp_core_avatar_handle_upload” and that will give you enormous flexibility.
After overriding it, we can filter on “bp_core_fetch_avatar” and that will be all we need.

@crashutah Can you remind me which part of Invite Anyone hooks into bp_core_activated_user? (I’m too lazy to search myself 🙂 ) I assume it’s the part that sends group invites and starts friendships after a member has joined?
