So I looked in my database, and it turns out the group member count is off for this group because a member with user_id 0 is a member. I don’t know how that happened, but I have removed the entry, and everything seems OK.

1 of the 3 members is the admin for the group. Is she being double-counted?

Also, the group was correctly displayed at 2 members before the 3rd person joined and it jumped to 4.

No, it did not work with everything deactivated except BP.

I’m running WPMU 2.7.1, BP 1.0.2, BBP 1.0-RC 3.

I deactivated every plugin and turned them back on one at a time – still no good.

My site is private and forces you to log on in order to see anything.

I did not do that after the update, but I moved the home and member themes to their proper places and the Who’s Online widget still isn’t working.

I was looking for something similar to rank on forums based on post count, but achievements would be even better on BP, since there are different types of actions possible.
