Not aware of any plugins that do all of what you want, unfortunately.

Does the error still occur if you switch back to WordPress’ twentytwelve theme (just as a test)?

Hmmmm. BuddyPress does not ever automatically mark a user as a spammer (or not a spammer), so I’m not immediately sure what might be going on. What other plugins do you have on the site, and what theme are you using?

Hmm. Using get_avatar to change the class for blog comments is an interesting approach, though I guess it has pitfalls like this. BuddyPress customises the entire string, so your str_replace is probably not matching.

I think you don’t need to worry about problems until you have them.

Is there any more of the error message in the server logs?
What version of PHP are you running?
And what URLs are you on that trigger the error?

The short answer is that WordPress itself doesn’t consider the username to be sensitive data. Using strong passwords and using two-step authentication via a plugin are good recommendations.

BuddyPress doesn’t have any album features built-in; you must be using some plugin, and you need to go and talk to its developers for support.
