I am starting my Buddypress journey… and I have a BIG question… but I am not sure WHERE or WHO to direct it to… I am open to suggestions…

How do you allow users to create blogs on the front end? Is there a plugin for that?

- i do not have this setting set anywhere.
- i do not have plugins installed that would cause such functionality.
