Vom Problem waren nur vorhandene WPMU-Installation betroffen. Mittlerweile ist das Problem durch BuddyPress 1.2.4.1 behoben,

Zurzeit wird BuddyPress 1.2.4 leider mit einem Bug ausgeliefert, der die Tabelle ‘wp_bp_user_blog’ leeren kann. Dadurch funktioniert das Blogverzeichnis nicht mehr. Die aktualisierte Fassung der Sprachdatei ist nun im SVN, da BuddyPress 1.2.4 die Tage erscheint bitte um zahlreiches Feedback, da diese Sprachdatei direkt mit dem Update ausgeliefert wird.

Die aktuelle Sprachdatei (buddypress-de_DE.mo) für BuddyPress 1.2.5.2 ist hier zu finden:

Um die Sprachdatei zu bearbeiten, bedarf es z.B. poEdit und der Quelldatei “buddypress-de_DE.po” (auch im SVN zu finden).

BuddyPress.org wurde erst gerade umgestellt und das ist leider ein Bug. Auch die Gruppenaktivität wird aktuell nicht angezeigt. Ich gebe das mal an @andy weiter.
