    @gnasralla

Hello again, I deactivated all plugins and it is still the same. Not sure what to do next.

Hello Keymaster and y’all, I tried changing the theme to WP Twenty fifteen but I still got the same issue when I crop profile images… I get the image handles close together like a bold dot and when I try to expand the handles with the arrow handle the image size and handles get reduced to a tiny dot. Even the loader looks different with the upload button to the side instead of in the middle.

@khappamj I am facing the same problem now. Were you able to fix that issue by any chance?

Thank so much for the beautiful poem.. I do appreciate poems a lot!

Sorry, I read my sentence again and yes it doesn’t make sense… apologies!

yes it is a yellow notification top bar that broadcasts the admin’s “notice to all users”.

But I understand from your message that I have to check plugins. I will try that and if I still have a problem I will update this post.

You may close this ticket!! That was quick! I have been working on this for a while and the answer was a simple filter criteria!!!

    Thanks

    Hello @mercime

Thank you very much for your attempt to help. I tried adding /members/ as a URL filter in WP HTTPS Plugin settings and it solved the issue I am having.

All members pages are working fine now.

    BB version is 2.2.1
    WP Version is 4.1.1

Issue is happening to all members that are on members page 2 and up

Yes support were the ones that have installed SSL Certificate for me. I also checked with them and they rechecked and all seems to be looking fine at their end.

I installed WP https plugin, and it works on all other pages except members pages (not sure why!!)

I think I know what is causing the issue. However, I need some help to get it fixed. I tried to click on Member’s 3rd page, then right clicked on a member’s name and copied the link to their profile. I opened a new browser window and I pasted that link and I changed http:// to https:// and it worked fine!

Is there a code that will enforce https:// on all member’s pages? I would really appreciate it if someone can help me fix this issue.

    Regards,

    Grace

Lately I had installed 2 plugins Community Activity On Profile Plug In and Multisite User Management Plugin. However, I tried deactivating both plugins but it did not eliminate the issue…

Got it figured out… It was the Add New Users plugin that was causing the issue.

Hello, thank you very much. The menu bar has a grey background now and that is exactly what I want.

I have another question. Please direct me if I need to post it somewhere else. I am using Bp Activity Plus plugin and the image and video links work fine, but the URL link is not working properly. I tried deactivating some plugins, and it looks like the Achievements plug has conflict elements… but now the link object works at times and it doesn’t work at other times…. I can’t find any logical explanation to that… is there a fix for that?

Is there a way I can send you a print screen of the view?
