The activity post-form template carries a conditional check on that select elements to show it only if not ‘bp_is_my_profile’ so you could comment out/ remove that having first copied the template over to your theme as described in the BP Codex.

This isn’t really a BuddyPress question as such. Try googling/searching the WP plugin repo for WordPress subscription / membership plugins, there are a few that will serve your purposes S2Member is generally suggested as a good one.

What else have you tried? There are very many posts on this subject in the forum archives that might suggest approaches to take, try a search through them for more information o9n this issue and what other people have tried or suggest as options.

As the message says your server or hosting account doesn’t have sufficient memory for php processes in this specific instance and needs to be increased. Contact your host to see whether this is possible and also search on the WP Codex for other ways of dealing with memory issues.
