This looks interesting wish I was better with code so I could help. I like to be able to separate users by team. What Ive been doing so far is used the verified user plugin it now let you change the word verified to what ever you want on a per user bases.This way I can show who does want on the site.

@takeo I think buddypress is great! When I see people say this system is confusing it just make me confused on how they could be confused. The system is very straight forward. Do you want forum click yes and install bb press done next topic. Want groups click yes done next. For me Im running a 70+ plug-in wp-ms 3.1 bp 1.2.8.1 running a chat script. Not to forget being the leader of the whole thing then some one is using less then 30 plug-ins on single site saying this is hard. Really.Go run a phpbb 3.0 forum and try to install a social network there with a cms. To hard? “3 @mentions (99% of users are like… WTH is that?)” More like 0.3%. Wake up to 2011. We move forward why spend 2 years simplifying a system for just a small number. I dont know a line of php but I can run my site.

@Everyone with 3.1 network we should make a group to discuss this in and to organize the problems because theres alot and if bp 1.3 is going to be ready or bp 1.2.9 is going to be ready then lets fix this. Im all for better development and my goal for this year is to at least make it in the development credits for bp or wp. So I will go make a group so we can tackle this beast to the ground and pin it. So Lets do this 1………3!

@kirtank Most bp plugin are not ready for 3.1 NETWORK so if your not on network mode your smooth sailing with 3.1 but if your on network your screwed if you hit upgrade.

Just like everyone eles said on the NETWORK admin pannel AKA The Extreme Back End Buddypress settings there Plugin settings on Vacation and are MIA. You’d think if you activate them you be able to use them.So I did some work with it instead of network I’d just local site set it still NONTHING. It made it worst! What I learn is if you have network mode on buddypress can only do network or atleast in 3.1. Next time I wont upgrade for like a mo. I was so happy to see 3.1 now I hate it. Its like getting a 2012 Dodge Viper just to find out it has 1,000,000 miles on it and sugar in the gas tank but you did not know this before you drove it. Now you got a mess you cant even afford to fix even if the maker of buddypress sold there software to fix it.

@cezar yes I did. It only remove the white part still errors. There saying its fix but I dont see the fix at all. No ware does it show an update.

Team up with a host that can do it. like make a deal with them where they will host your plugin user then your plugin user pay for the hosting. How much would it cost if there just hosting the video and thats it. Im looking for a video chat.

@cometchat Do all of the packages have buddypress support on that page? Right now I have the skysa bar which is free so its not as good but I got it intergraded with my site except for the avatar and it dose not have friend support plus Im using there api which means no support as it is alter with the extra code. Im kinda leading towards the $49 but its branded but with skysa it cost me 99 a yr to not have branding. Which I dont plan to upgraded to. i just cant see how someone can pay and still have a branding? Then pay like 70 to remove it? This seems to be more priced to people who have a large site. Now if I had like 300 user I can see buying this but with only 3 of us who dont even use the bar we have now and the countless spam account joining everyday I think I will stick with skype in tell I get a large group of 300. So for now its in my book marks.

I think the system fine my self. Just one thing I have to say. Dont use the forum system as your main forum use spf. the froum is fine for group but dont use it on your main part. Group should not get cool stuff like the main end any how. So I have no problems.

Why dont you make an dropbox account place the file in there then you can just give people the account info and then no worry about being told dont share the link. It is under gnu anyways your only paying for support but if you dont need support then why pay for it? To many people miss use gnu. If people want to sell and make money dont make a gnu software that simple. For the price they want they can buy copy rights. They can sell support but selling gnu stuff is not right because gnu state that the public owns it so your buying something you own. Would you buy your own house from your self?
