This thread was out prior to the plugins release but now I actually find BuddyPress Activity Privacy plugin by @megainfo a more flexible option because it give users a choice as to who see’s their activity. Check it out:

Yoast isn’t compatible with parts of BuddyPress @ubernaut – try seeing if page titles for member profiles work for you. I’d be interested to know.

@megainfo SeoPress is fantastic actually, seems to be the only plugin that tries to be compatible with BP. As for the 70%, that sounds spot on. A few bits could be improved

@megainfo was this not perhaps something you could have contributed / returned a patch to core to bolster the work Boone put in for the profile aspect.

It be lovely to see a larger section of the BP coding community helping on trac tickets and the core developers.

Regardless though it’s a useful addition to BP, well done.

Hey thanks! I just added the code to the plugins js file and it worked like a charm!
I also fixed the styling in my child Responsive Theme. Its just a matter of adding floats, and margin. On my bp-default child, twenty twelve child, and simplify theme child all work perfect as well!
