@ashket That could be related to a theme or a plugin issue because that’s not normal at all. What are your WP/BP versions for that installation? If you change to Twenty Fifteen theme and deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress, is the issue you reported resolved?

@rebekahmeuir Just helped someone who had an issue with cropping the image as well. The issue there was that the jQuery files needed were not enqueued for some reason. Could you check the source code of your webpage and see something like this is in the source ….jcrop/jquery.Jcrop.min.js?ver=0.9.12 ?

@loralai I looked at the source code and jQuery files are missing. Aside from which, there are two versions of the CSS from BuddyPress, the regular one and the minified one, and the same goes for the JS from BuddyPress, one minified and the other is not.
Open up your theme’s

file and make sure that<?php wp_head(); ?>

@rebekahmeuir
Double-checked and found out I was using WP_DEBUG and SCRIPT_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file of my test installation which was why I was getting the error message. Removed both and it was cleared. Could you check if you have any of those two in your wp-config.php file? -

@rebekahmeuir
I was able to replicate the issue using WP 4.2.2 and BP 2.2.3.1. Going to create a ticket in BuddyPress trac and post the link here. -

@loralai Could you please provide more information about your installation like:
– WP/BP versions?
– Where are you hosted?
– If you change to the WP Default Theme and deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress, can you crop the image then? -
@mercime replied to the topic Using /members/ box profile format on group members page in the forum How-to & Troubleshooting 9 years, 6 months ago
@minglonaire Depends on what theme you’re using? You can always apply the CSS used for the member’s directory list to that of the group member’s list by using browser’s developer tools in Firefox, Chrome, and in latest Internet Explorer.
